The Garden Men have been providing lawn and garden maintenance services to the strata sector for over 20 years. Our specialist strata team take pride in providing a professional, reliable and well presented result on each occasion. With this proven proactive and caring approach, residents can enjoy their shared outdoor environment while strata managers are contacted less with complaints. We can provide a twice yearly comprehensive outdoor assessment to the strata complex which assists in providing preventative solutions to the executive committee, and we are fully complement with insurance and OH&S regulations. These requirements as well as our safety policies are reviewed regularly through a number of strata membership bodies including PICA and Community Select, BNG Conserve, SASSI and Ebix Trades Monitor. These bodies ensure that the Garden Men have the required and valid registrations, licences, insurances and ABNs necessary to do the job properly and safely.
The Garden Men currently provide services to a number of commercial and strata companies including The Sydney Harbour Trust, Dexus, Beaumont Strata, Norwest Strata, NSW Strata, DHL supply Chain, Waratah Strata, Westside Strata, Strata Choice, Comfort Living Strata, Title Strata as well completing projects for Southern Cross Retirement Care.
We can provide scheduled lawn and garden care services as well as litter and bin collection/ blowing and cleaning of hard surfaces and bin enclosure. Additional services can be provided such as garden renovations, turfing, irrigation and mulching (to name a few).

HOW WE DO IT
Hills District, Sydney
The Garden Men were given the task of improving the appearance of a Northmead property.
The property was due to be put on the market and the joint owners had run out of steam after renovating the inside of the property as well as adding a granny flat development.
Keeping to the design brief and the budget, we started on cleaning and clearing the garden and lawn of unwanted vegetation. From this clear slate, we focused on improving the site and garden soil through cultivation and adding soil and garden organics. After repairing and extending the front rockery the garden was planted with compatible plantings to match the existing tropical theme.
With the new plants in and fertilised the garden was looking great with the addition of a mulch layer to add consistency as well reducing weeds sprouting on the bare soil. Sir Walter Buffalo was a welcomed addition and really finished off the appearance of their residence.Contact Us

The Garden Men were engaged to undergo a courtyard garden renovation. The back yard had no gardens and was covered in very old artificial grass which had natural grass and weeds growing through it. Access to the backyard was through the garage and laundry which restricted the movement of materials.
Frances wanted the backyard to be neat and tidy and with a garden where little flowers could be planted and some shrubs to hide the fence.
The process was to remove the old artificial grass and clear the backyard. New gardens were constructed using timber edging. Timber sleepers were installed and retained along the length of the colorbond fence to prevent the soil from pushing against the fence. Premium garden mix was incorporated and mixed with the natural soil to provide an ideal environment for new plantings. New artificial turf was installed after levelling and compacting the base. With the new plants in, the gardens was fertilised and mulched to complete the project.Contact Us

The Garden Men were engaged to create a garden in the front of this Toongabbie home.
In discussion with the owner it was decided to plant standard roses in the front to match the plantation shutters and plant a hedge on the side to define the property edge. The lawn was sprayed and then dug up to allow for the soil to be conditioned in preparation for planting. A charcoal paver was used to define the garden edge and the garden planted out with murraya, English buxus and standard white iceberg roses. The garden was then mulched in sugarcane to break down and enrich the soil.Contact Us
